Multifunctional tool storage, organization and tethering solution designed for work in aerial buckets, lifts and other mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs). With multiple grommets and three straps, it can be securely hung from bucket hooks or affixed to railings-maximizing space in compact work areas by keeping gear up off the floor and out of the way.
