There are options for automatic, semi-automatic, or manual print operation and it accommodates right or left-hand punching. The clock also has a built-in perpetual calendar that will automatically change for Daylight Saving Time and an internal battery backup that maintains time during power outages. The clock has 13 preset messages available and font sizes can be adjusted to accommodate the user's document.
