  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the credit to be reflected in your account.

Refund Policy:

  • We offer a full refund for returned items within the 30-day return window.
  • There are no restocking fees or return fees.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be free of cost (If return approved).

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item for a different style or color, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund following the standard refund policy.
